There is a rumor circulating that The Chicago Bulls and Golden State Warriors are working on a deal that could move Kirk Hinrich to the Bay. Given the circumstances this could be very plausible. The Bulls now have an abundance of guards and we now need one really bad. Honestly I would be ok with this move. Sure Hinrich is no B-Diddy but he is a decent PG with some upsides. He had a horrible year last year but so did most players on the Bulls. I think it had more to do with management then his ability. The year before that he was putting up some decent numbers. Hinrich has always been a viable option for me in Fantasy Basketball. If you can't get one of the top tier PG's he is always a late round pick that does decent. If he is on his game he can average in the mid to high teens PPG and get you 6-7 assists per game. Not to mention he is a good defender as well. As far as his contract goes I think he has 4 years left and the Lions share of it was paid up front. Not exactly sure but I think the remainder is like 8 or 9 mil a year? Not to bad for a decent PG in the league. Given what is available I think this might be a good move for us. It is a downgrade from Baron at the PG slot. But we don't have many options and I rather see Monta stay at the 2 guard spot as I think that better suits his abilities.

You should try to use the word decent more. The Warriors will not be decent next year. Please do not compare Maggette to Pietrus. Maggette is a way better player. Let's Go Sharks!
I beg to differ I think we will be DECENT! As for comparing Maggette to Pietrus I fully agree with you Maggette is way better. I just wanted to put recent activity into perspective. A lot of people are grumbling like we got rid of Baron and picked up Maggette as his replacement. But when you look at it like we got of rid of Pietrus and picked up Maggette we made an obvious upgrade was my point. Obviously we still have a huge void to fill with Baron's departure though. Mainly I was just trying to put a positive spin on a dark time for W's fans.
